RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Piliso Street will accept returns and exchanges for items purchased from pilisostreet.co.za based on the following requirements. All returns or exchanges must contain the original labels and/or tags and items must not be worn or washed. Piliso Street will not accept a return or exchange if requested more than 30 days after the original purchase. Exchanges may be made for items of equal or lesser value. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. The original cost of shipping is nonrefundable.

*ANY ITEMS ON CLEARANCE/MARKED DOWN FROM ORIGINAL PRICE IS CONSIDERED FINAL SALE AND NOT RETURNABLE.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE

Hassle free returns – Please be certain to call us at 081 898 3025 or email us at returns@pilisostreet.co.za for a return authorization number (RA#) and fill out the return form on the back of your invoice. You can also download the form HERE. Make sure to write your return authorization number on the outside of the package and return the package to:
